I build tools as well as websites. Focus Ledger is my personal assignment planner, with daily work, notes, and a class timetable.

Tick a task and the count, progress bar, and filters respond together. The interface tells you what changed.
Tab between controls and press Space to toggle a task. Visible focus and native inputs make the same interaction available without a mouse.
An empty list explains what happened. A demo says it is a demo. An email draft does not pretend an enquiry has already been sent.

A refresh improves a website with a sound structure. A redesign revisits the customer journey, page structure, messaging, visual system, and technical build together. I recommend the lighter option when it can achieve the goal.
I start by understanding your workflow, users, and requirements. We agree any discovery fee before work starts, and I prepare a proposal with a clear scope, timeline, and price. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification.
Yes. I’m the person designing and developing the work. You can discuss ideas, ask questions, and give feedback directly to me throughout the project.
Usually not. A responsive private web app is easier to access and maintain across computers, tablets, and phones. Native apps are recommended when offline work, phone-specific features, or device integrations make them necessary.
Every proposal defines handover and included post-launch support. Ongoing Website Care can cover updates, monitoring, content assistance, performance checks, and planned improvements under a separate monthly scope.
